Responsible for the development and management of corporate financial budgeting, systems, controls and reports; provides guidance to the Chief Executive and corporate staff concerning banking and financing arrangements, and implications of M&A activities.
Debbie Ricci joined ADG in May 2006 as Corporate Controller and in 2007 was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. She brings a strong manufacturing and financial management background to the Company. In addition, she has over ten years of public markets financial experience. She is a seasoned financial executive strong strategic planning and analysis, cash management, corporate financial reporting and financial accounting systems experience.
Prior to joining The Allied Defense Group, Debbie was the Chief Financial Officer of Hemagen Diagnostics, Inc., a publicly traded Biotechnology Company, responsible for all financial and administrative activities. She has also held financial management positions with Schonstedt Instrument Co., J.E. Morgan Knitting Mills, Inc., and Abex Friction Products, Inc.
Debbie holds a BS degree in Accounting, with honors, from Bentley College and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh with a concentration in Strategic Planning. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
